Power has now been restored to the area.

Power is out at this hour to a small section of Fort St. John.

B.C. Hydro reports that 63 customers are without electricity after a tree fell onto its lines.

The area affected is east of 100th Street, south of 114A Avenue, north of 112 Avenue and west of 93 Street.

Traffic lights in the area could be affected.

A B.C. Hydro crew is on scene.

Power is expected to be restored by 12:00 p.m.
