Due to the singer’s cosplay attire they expected to be dissapointed, little did they know her voice is far from disappointing. Freckled Zelda took the America’s Got Talent stage in their most recent early release. She explained that she’s a music fairy from the freckled forest. Before getting into the act, Freckled Zelda showed the instrument around her neck, an ocarina. Freckled Zelda Has a Shockingly Good Voice Freckled Zelda kicked off her audition by playing the ocarina, but soon after she showed off her powerful voice with a rendition of “Colors of The Wind” from Pocahontas. She hit each note with perfection, then began playing the instrument once again mid-song. The audience clearly loved this singer, they stood as soon as her performance ended. Throughout the performance, the camera cuts to the judges, who don’t seem as impressed as the audience. If I’m being honest, I really thought they were going to give her a “no.” Even though the judges didn’t seem into it, they praised her voice. “I’ll tell you what, when you walked out I thought this really is going to be terrible. I did, and actually you’ve got a really good voice,” Cowell said. “I mean you know, I don’t like the instrument, don’t think it’s necessary, carry on looking like that if you want because you’re interesting.” Other judges questioned whether the fairy outfit was necessary for the act or not, but Freckled Zelda reassured them that it is who she is. Even though there are plenty of singers on the America’s Got Talent stage, they made it clear to her that she doesn’t need to look or act like anyone else. Freckled Zelda also known as Rachael Wilson, is an online personality known for dressing as a fairy, playing the ocarina, and singing. Her Instagram dates back to May 2018, when she posted her first ocarina singing video from the 2018 ALA Idol Champion Los Angeles competition. Though there are many videos of Freckled Zelda performing, it appears that she first cosplayed Zelda in 2019. Since Freckled Zelda’s time on social media, she’s earned more than 296,000 followers on Instagram, 31,200 subscribers on YouTube, and 6.9 million followers on TikTok. Due to Freckled Zelda’s success, she sells hair spirals and merchandise. She also provides links to different types of ocarinas, colored contacts, edible crystals, and more.
