Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie is looking to fulfill her “vision and dream of living in a townhouse,” per The Wall Street Journal, which means saying goodbye to her beloved loft-style Tribeca dwelling. Guthrie and her husband, communications consultant Michael Feldman, are asking $7.1 million for the four-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom home, which spans the entire fifth floor of a boutique condominium with an organically textured stone facade.

Guthrie enlisted AD100 firm Ike Kligerman Barkley and AD100 designer Monique Gibson to renovate the contemporary home, which features a distinctive ridged concrete ceiling stretching the length of the nearly 50-foot-long great room. Lined with wall-to-wall south-facing windows, the great room is divided into three separate living areas, including a formal dining room enclosed by sliding glass doors. Nearby, a bespoke marble and white oak wet bar rests across from a sunny seating area.
Across from the dining room, the kitchen is clad in sleek black marble, featuring an eat-in center island, minimal white floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, and sleek high-end stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge and a range hood hidden behind white oak panels.

In the primary bedroom, a cloudy and starry gray wall mural behind the bed is the handiwork of Dean Barger Studios. The spacious suite also boasts a fireplace and a sprawling dressing room done up with custom millwork and closets fronted with antiqued mirrors. The marble and bluestone ensuite bathroom is accessed through the dressing room and is equipped with dual sinks, a roomy glass-walled shower, and a soaking tub complete with a small flat-screen TV. From there, a bonus room is set up as an office-slash-guest room, which connects back to the great room.

Records show that the couple spent $7.1 million on the modern 3,735-square-foot space back in 2017, around the time that Guthrie listed her previous Tribeca pad for $6 million. The listing is held by Cortnee Glasser of Sotheby’s International Realty’s East Side Manhattan Brokerage.
